Announcing a change to the Events Office Equipment Rental program:
The Events Office no longer maintains an in-house equipment rental service. If your event is in a location that is scheduled by the Events Office (i.e., outdoor quad spaces and general assignment classrooms), we will continue to coordinate third-party rentals, event management, and other necessary services for these activities through our event management team. For events in other locations, please contact one of our partner rental providers below for your event equipment needs:
